"The driver was excellent- he was on time and courteous and the vehicle was clean. However we received a call 30 minutes before pick up time from another person from the office claiming that 3 passengers plus our bags (1 suitcase + 1 carryon luggage + 3 backpacks) will not fit in the E - class Mercedes Benz that we had booked and paid for. That did not make sense as I have travelled many times in an E-class Benz and have in fact taken two suitcases plus hand luggage easily. This person was extremely rude and started raising his office at me (I heard kids crying in the background) and stated that he would have to send us larger vehicle and we would have to pay an extra £15 direct to the driver. I refused and requested a cancellation which he said was not possible. I then asked him to send the booked vehicle anyway and that we would work it out. In the end the vehicle that turned up was a Mercedes van and therefore obviously the booked E-class Mercedes Benz wasn’t available and the person who called me was trying dishonestly to extract an extra £15 for the bigger vehicle. This person has brought your organisation to disrepute and should not be working for your organisation. Regards Roy"
